Dr Jane Bewley

Dr Jane Bewley is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years' experience of working in the field of clinical psychology within the NHS.
Starting as an assistant psychologist in 2004 and after publishing her undergraduate psychology degree research, Jane went on to complete the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from 2005-2008 and has worked in a number of both physical and mental health services in the NHS since this time.
With specialist expertise in areas such as adult mental health and chronic pain management, Dr Bewley primarily specialises in working with adults (young adults, adults, older adults) with physical or/and mental health difficulties.
Professional experience
Jane completed Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner training in 2017 and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) training in 2025. She has also undergone additional training and workshops in other therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
